Dr Roscoe Moore – Until his retirement, Dr. Roscoe M. Moore, Jr. served with the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and was for the last twelve years of his career the principal person responsible for global development support. He was the principal liaison person between the HHS and Ministries of Health in Africa with regard to the development of infrastructure and technical support for the delivery of preventive and curative health needs for the continent.
Dr. Moore received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees from Tuskegee Institute; his Master of Public Health degree in Epidemiology from the University of Michigan; and his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Epidemiology from the Johns Hopkins University. He was awarded the Doctor of Science degree (Honoris Causa) in recognition of his distinguished public health career by Tuskegee University.
Dr. Moore served as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). He was with the Center for Veterinary Medicine, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), before becoming Senior Epidemiologist within the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, CDC. He directed the Epidemiology and Biostatistics Program and was an Assistant Professor of Oncology within the Howard University College of Medicine Cancer Center.
Dr. Moore has conducted epidemiological research on a number of chronic and molecular diseases; for example, lead toxicosis, occupational and environmental cancers, and sickle cell disease. He was involved in the development of a sustainable infrastructure for the surveillance of emerging and re-emerging diseases worldwide. He continues to be involved in issues of terrorism (and bio-terrorism), the evaluation of vaccines, the safety of bio-engineered foods, food security, Avian Influenza (H5N1, H1N1), and disaster response and crisis mitigation.
Dr Arthur Martin – Member of Holista Colltech’s Scientific Advisory Board. Dr. Martin created the technologies behind Path-Away®. Dr Martin graduated from New England Institute of Technology where he studied HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) and Refrigeration Engineering. He also attended Bristol Community College and Northeastern University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering with a focus on Biology, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a doctorate in Engineering Management.
Led by Dr Martin, GICC LLC has designed specialised equipment and processes to use Path-Away® to improve the air quality and safety of buildings such as airports, transportation hubs, hospitals, schools and factories worldwide. Dr Martin has provided consultancy services to private companies and numerous governments over the past four decades. More recently, with the use of Path-Away®, he assisted the government of Malaysia during the H1N1 outbreak in 2009, and the government of Singapore during the SARS outbreak in 2003.
He has personally conducted tests in excess of 5,000 building environmental pathogen assessments and lectured in over 24 countries. He is sought after for his expertise in designing cleanrooms for hospitals and pharmaceutical manufacturers and is considered one of the world’s leading experts on the control of the spread of pathogenic bio-aerosols in buildings.
He is also a member of the World Health Organization’s (WHO) STOP T.B. (Tuberculosis) Board. In 2011, he was recognised for his work in preventing the spread of TB with a nomination for the prestigious KOCHON Prize, awarded annually by WHO. He is also a Chief Scientist of Bioklyn Biotech, Inc. based in the Science & Technology District, Tianjin, China.
Dr Martin’s work has garnered several awards from other organizations such as the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers. He also received special recognition for his work and commitment to spreading his knowledge and technology to the world by the International Trade Administration of the United States Department of Commerce. He has also delivered speeches in over a dozen countries and was appointed Keynote Speaker at conferences sponsored by several governments and the building and medical industries.
James Jeremy Barbera – A physicist educated at New York University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Over thirty years expertise in healthcare, media, entertainment, counterterrorism, homeland security, biotechnology and nanotechnology. Chief Executive officer of Go Blue Biotech, initially formed to advance certain bioengineering innovations developed at University of Michigan and to commercialize these technologies globally. As a result of the coronavirus pandemic Go Blue has also acquired disruptive products which serve as countermeasures to effectively respond to the current health crises.
Former Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of MSGI Security Solutions. The businesses operated in counterterrorism and homeland security, having been previously focused on integrated marketing, analytics and database marketing since their private company inception in 1990. Mr. Barbera pioneered the practice of database marketing for the live entertainment industry achieving nearly one hundred percent market share in New York.
By 1999, Marketing Services Group had generated pro-forma annual revenues of $250 million with a Nasdaq market cap exceeding $1.5 billion. Money Magazine ranked Marketing Services Group the #2 “Best Performing Stock” in the country (for the prior 12 months) in the July 1999 and August 1999 issues. The company was named one of the 50 fastest growing public companies in both 2001 and 2002 by Crains New York Business as they grew to 2,006 employees.
Prior to founding Marketing Services Group, Mr. Barbera was a research scientist based at NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center and Goddard Institute for Space Studies, working on ground-breaking missions such as Pioneer Venus and the Global Atmospheric Research Program.
Dr Rajen Manicka – Dr. Rajen Manicka is the founder and CEO of Holista Colltech Ltd, a research driven biotech company listed on the AXS (Australian Stock Exchange) focusing in the natural products biotechnology space.
After Dr. Manicka received a doctorate from LaSalle University, an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and an undergraduate degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia, he worked for pharmaceutical giants such as Roche and CIBA before deciding to follow his passion for making natural products.
Dr. Rajen used to lecture in alternative medicine in Universiti Malaya, Univesiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and International Medical University. He is also the Managing Editor of the Journal of Tropical Medicinal Plants – the only journal in the world that focuses on medicinal plants from the tropics. He has also served as Organizing Chairman of the three series of the Woman’s Health And Asian Traditional Medicine (WHAT Medicine).
Dr Swanand Malode – Dr Swanand Malode has a Masters at the Indonesia Institute of Technology and went on to do his PHD in nanobiotechnology at Johns Hopkins University. He was then selected to do his Post Doctorate in Nanomaterials at the Massachusetts Institute Of Technology.
From there he was selected to be a product associate with the US Department of Defense. Since finishing there he has been working in the space of Nanobiotechnology focusing on the development of biodegradable plastics, using proprietary transitional materials. He developed various technologies at several companies in that space, and is now working in an advisory capacity for Holista Colltech.
Ahmed Bashir MBE – Ahmed Bashir is an internationally recognised, entrepreneurial strategic leader commanding extensive portfolio experience planning, reviewing, and implementing global governmental campaign initiatives. Honoured for his cross-departmental work on diversity and inclusion.
He has years of experience working for The Department Of International Trade, HM Treasury, The Foreign and Commonwealth Office and was British Deputy High Commissioner to Nigeria.
Mr Bashir has recently assisted international governmental officials to secure medical equipment assets and facilitate sales valued up to $200m during the Covid-19 crisis, and launched a ‘Green is Great’ sustainability programme as a stellar showcase marketing strategy for UK ESG.
Mike Chase – After graduating with a Law degree from Nottingham University, Mike has over 20 years’ experience in running a diverse range of businesses in a wide variety of industries including healthcare, sport, retail, technology, and events.
Leadership roles include managing and co-ordinating large workforces, responsibility for corporate governance, relationships with regulatory authorities and complex financial administration and legal contracts.
Mike has been responsible for a number of successful business start-ups, specialising in strategic development, expansion and innovation and developing high profile contracts for the entertainment industry.
Fred Woods – Fred Woods has over 30 years’ experience at a board level including private and public companies serving as Executive Chairman, Chairman, and Board member including Chair of Compensation committee, as well as member of Audit Committee, Governance Committee, Environment, Health and Safety and Reserves Committee.
Mr. Woods is President of 5iR Smart Technology a private technology company focused on finding and supporting leading edge and developing technologies, and serves as Chairman of Brighter Health Corp. a health care provider focused on the PPE industry battling COVID-19.
He has a highly successful track record; founding and leading public companies through a proven formula of assembling industry leading technical teams, evolving innovative business strategies and techniques while executing creative large scale transactions and delivering initial shareholders > 23.5% IRR over a 20 year period.
Aristo Ariyaratnam – Aristo has accumulated over 20 years of escalating financial industry experience and expertise. Over his career, he has led teams and managed assets with a combined value of over $6 billion, developing a fine-tuned sense for risk management, outsourcing and people management along the way.
His ability to interpret and analyze demographic and geographic data compounded with his knowledge of compliance, SOP’s, risk mitigation and quality assurance recommendations gives him a unique edge in staying ahead of the curve to create on-point solutions. Aristo dedicates time to support the personal and professional development of the next generation of leaders through mentorship, training and performance management guidance.
Murad Hamed – Well-known entrepreneur with involvement in numerous sports and media-based businesses. Credited with managing the career and operations for Prince Naseem Hamed including regular global media and brand partnerships.
A pioneer within the sport for his application of new PPV models. Franchised the Balqees Honey brand across numerous territories successfully.
Hugely extensive network of influential businessmen and talent across the sports industry. Actively involved in humanitarian work across the Middle East, particularly Yemen.
Henry Hudson – Henry is an entrepreneur with vast experience in entertainment and communications including partnerships with international major record labels (Sony, Warner, Universal), algorithm-based consumer trend business, multiple international recording and publishing deals secured for his clients, global brand partnerships and more.
Following 10+ years track-record in media sales with a former client base including Google, Apple, Nike, Vodafone, he has joined OOH in order to create multi-dimensional partnerships and solutions to assist with the provision of global medical supplies.
Candace Cheung – Over 20 years of experience in the areas of eCommerce, business strategy and sales and marketing. She has worked with a number of world leading brands including eBay, The Economist, The Wall Street Journal and The Regent Hotel to manage and grow their businesses throughout the Asia-Pacific Region.
Before joining Prestashop, Candace was responsible for providing leadership and direction for the cross-border trade functions for eBay, increasing revenue by over 200% year-on-year growth. She led a team of merchandising specialists in HK & China regions and formulated strategies for deals and promotions to drive e-commerce revenue growth for APAC merchants.
She is also a popular public speaker in various events and universities on topics including entrepreneurship, brand building and digital trends. In the last year, Candace has started voluntary work with the LinkedIn “Career Advice” programme and will soon start a programme with Polytechnic University for internship advice.
Peter Santosh – Expertise stretches across every aspect of marketing from strategy creation to design, SEO, marketing psychology, sales and project management. He has worked with large multinational like Amazon, Google and the NHS. Over the last 15 years he has developed a cutting-edge marketing model which brings together all these components as part of a holistic model which advances the traditional digital marketing approach.
Having had his own marketing agency for over a decade, he has combined these skills with his personal interest in health, wellbeing and spirituality to ensure the best possible outcomes for everyone involved in the business whether customers, employees or stakeholders. Tony and Dan Porter – Co-Founders and Directors of The Trailerfarm Ltd (recently acquired by Keywords Studio), a full service creative agency and production house – responsible for every platform, including likes, shares, sales, “added to cart”. production house, responsible for making “killer content” on behalf of clients including Neymar (the most expensive footballer in history), Lucas Arts for a forthcoming Star Wars trailer, Gearbox software, SEGA, Atari, Nintendo, Square Enix, Gearbox Software, Rovio Entertainment, Bandai Namco, Mattel and Codemasters.
A veteran of the games industry, Tony has proven himself as a Marketing and Art Director over the last 20 years, working in AAA game development, art and marketing departments, from Rockstar Games, EA and Disney to The Trailerfarm itself. Tony’s areas of expertise includes creative and creative direction, art direction, CGI, lighting and look development.
Dan is an Apple certified FCP Editor and After Effects Artist, with over 18 years production experience for multiple AAA studios all over the globe, specialising in creative development and post production. Having built and overseen the development of every part of the business to the point of a multimillion pound sale, their trailer for Borderlands 3 was this month won two Clio Awards – the most prestigious acknowledgement in the industry.
Sanjay Saada – Qualified with BA Honours in Business Studies specialising in Marketing prior to spending 14 years in management roles for companies including McDonalds and British Telecom.
Responsibilities included Marketing (including strategy and research), Sales, Products, Advertising, Promotions and PR – in India, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, USA and the UK.
